During the practice, you will explore the concept of Soma Yoga, focusing on the harmonious balance between body and soul. The course is designed to leave you feeling renewed, relaxed, and deeply connected.
Each session will encourage you to slow down, using ancient nourishing practices, allowing the nervous system to reset- creating an environment for the body to return back to wholeness.
Soma Yoga means to be in unity and harmony within yourself. Each session will provide the tools you need to return to balance through mindful movement, meditation, breath and therapeutic yin.
