Vinyasa.

Vinyasa is a dance between strength and flexibility, synchronising fluid movement with breath. The dynamic poses are partnered with opportunities for rest and reflection, as you follow yourself to focus inwards.

This class is suitable for all levels, with modifications to nurture those who are at the beginning of their yoga journey and challenge more experienced practitioners. Beginner’s are encouraged to attend Fundamentals prior to Vinyasa.

Slow Flow.

Improve your balance, build strength and fine-tune your focus as we move through postures with intention. Slow down, yet feel more.

Your teacher will guide you through a sequence of postures that are creative and motivating, yet at an accessible pace. Slow Flow will leave you feeling grounded and connected.

This class is suitable for all levels, but some yoga experience is suggested.

Foundations.

Perfect for those new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners looking to revisit the foundations. Explore alignment and breath as we break down common Vinyasa sequences and poses.

This class is suitable for all levels and is beginner friendly.

Yin.

Using the breath we hold longer, static postures targeting the deepest tissues of the body. Yin is a fluid way to balance out the busy ‘Yang’ elements of our lives, providing space for meditation.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Restorative & Nidra.

Restorative & Yoga Nidra is an hour of pure bliss, as we hold long postures with the support of yoga props. With the support of blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps, your body can completely relax and let go of the day’s stress.

Yoga Nidra (often referred to as “yogic sleep”) is a guided meditation. Draw your attention inwards and completely surrender.

This class is suitable for all levels, and may be beneficial for those recovering from injury.

Yin & Oils.

Implementing elements of natural aromatherapy with the help of therapeutic oils to deepen sensations. During this class we hold longer, static postures targeting the deepest tissues of the body. Yin is a fluid way to balance out the busy ‘Yang’ elements of our lives, providing space for meditation.

This class is suitable for all levels.

NOTE: If you are sensitive to essential oils, we recommend attending Yin rather than Yin & Oils.

Yang - Yin.

Merge yin and yang energies.

Opening with an invigorating Vinyasa flow, we descend into longer Yin holds towards the tail end of this class.

The perfect class for those looking to move their body and quiet the mind.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Mat Pilates.

Building Strength.

Combining the mindful muscle connection of Pilates with the flowing nature of yoga.  .

Designed to help you strengthen not only your muscles and connection to mind body but also strengthen your own personal yogic practice.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Please feel free to introduce yourself to our teachers to discuss any concerns you may have (including injuries or pre-existing health conditions that may affect your experience ).

Injuries may rise in any circumstance, including during a yoga class.
If any yoga pose feels unsafe, please take a break and rest as much as you need to.
