Unlimited Membership (Month to Month) and Pre-Opening

Special Membership:

1. This contract runs for a minimum of 16 weeks, or if paused

during this time for a minimum of 4 monthly deductions.

2. If you decide to cancel your membership before the 16 week

period, you will be required to complete payment for this

duration of time.

3. This contract entitles the user to unlimited Yoga classes for the

duration of its validity.

4. This contract only entitles the authorised member to attend

classes, and in that members absence, cannot be transferred.

5. This contract enables a direct debit every month, once a month.

6. This contract continues each month unless formally cancelled by

email by the member. There is a minimum 14 days notice period

required for any cancellations. This means upon receiving your

request for cancellation, if your next scheduled payment falls

within the next 14 days timeframe the amount of your monthly

membership will still be deducted.

7. An email will be sent to confirm your cancellation request. If you

do not receive a confirmation email please contact us to ensure

we have received your request.

8. Both membership includes a maximum suspension allowance of

60 days per 12 month period.

9. Each suspension period must be for a minimum of 7 days and

must include the exact start date and end date of the

suspension period (start and end dates are to be inclusive of

the suspension period).

12. Suspensions cannot be backdated, or processed on the same

day; your suspension will be processed within 7 business days

and confirmation will be sent via email. Please note that if you

have tested positive with COVID-19, and can email us your

positive PCR test, we will be happy to suspend your membership

for your 7 day quarantine period.

13. When you enter into a direct debit agreement with us your

reoccurring payments will be secured at the said rate for a

period of 12 months.

14. We reserve the right to increase your direct debit after the

12month period and will notify you with one month written

notice if this is the case.

15. This contract entitles the user to attend all classes listed on the

timetable, but does not entitle the member to attend workshops

or special courses.

16. Membership will be placed on pause only in the instance where

Hom Yoga Studio is directed by the Government to cease

business for more than 7 days.

30 Day Intro Offer 

1. Can be purchased one time only.

2. Expires 30 days from first use.

3. Strictly no suspensions or extensions on this pass.

5-Class Pass & 10-Class Pass

1. Expires 3 months from first use.

2. No suspensions or extensions.

6 Months Unlimited

1. This contract runs for 6 month period.

2. This contract entitles the user to unlimited Yoga classes for the

duration of its validity.

3. This contract only entitles the authorised member to attend

classes, and in that members absence, cannot be transferred.

4. This contract enables one payment, upfront at the start of the contract which covers the entire contractual period of 6 months of use.

5. This contract can not be refunded if the participant should wish to terminate the contract before it’s 6 month end date.

6. Should the participant need to end their membership early, they can transfer the remainder of their membership to another person for a $50 transfer fee.

7. This contract allows for two suspensions, which will be added to the end of the contract. For example, if you have requested a 2 week suspension, it will be converted to a 2 week extension at the end of your contract term.

8. Each suspension period must be for a minimum of 7 days and must include the exact start date and end date of the suspension period (start and end dates are to be inclusive of the suspension period).

9. Suspension request must be emailed to:

10. Suspensions cannot be backdated, or processed on the same

day; your suspension will be processed within 7 business days

and confirmation will be sent via email.

11. When you agree to the 6 month unlimited contract, the full amount for the 6 month period is deducted.

12. This contract automatically ends and will not be extended after the 6 months has completed.

15. This contract entitles the user to attend all classes listed on the

timetable, but does not entitle the member to attend workshops

or special courses.

16. Membership will be placed on pause only in the instance where

Hom Yoga Studio is directed by the Government to cease

business for more than 7 days.
