The perfect course for beginners, for anyone longing to return home to their practice, or simply refine their current practice.
This 4-week course is an invitation to slow down, come back to your breath, and rediscover the foundations of yoga, both on and off the mat.
Each week, we’ll move mindfully through key asanas (postures), exploring how to find alignment that feels true to your body. Alongside the physical practice, you’ll be guided through the WHY behind yoga, weaving in simple philosophy, awareness and connection.
Think of this as a supportive reset: a space to move with curiosity, to build confidence, and to reconnect with what yoga truly means to you.
