Join senior instructors Adrienne Murphy and Lewis Roberts for an immersive, small-group training designed to elevate your personal Yin Yoga practice and refine your skills as a teacher.

What You'll Explore:
Yin Archetypes
Rooted in Paul Grilley’s approach, you'll explore the 7 foundational Yin poses, their variations, and the why behind each posture.
Anatomy & Biomechanics
Teach bodies, not just postures. Gain essential insights into skeletal variation and learn how to support each student’s unique anatomy.
The Art of Sequencing
Design powerful Yin Yoga classes with intention and creativity. Discover how to develop sequences based on themes, energy flow, or anatomical focus.
Use of Props
Learn to effectively and creatively use props to support all bodies, offering inclusive variations and enhanced comfort in every pose.

This training is open to all—you don’t need to be a Registered Yoga Teacher. Just bring your curiosity and a love for Yin Yoga.
